Light Demolition
Remodel starting? Old deck, shed or fence coming down? Concrete that has to go? Our crew demos it, loads it and hauls it off in the same visit — one crew, one price, no separate hauler to schedule.
Why choose Sons of Odin
Demo and haul in one visit. We take it down and take it away. No debris pile waiting in your driveway for a second company to show up.
Built for heavy material. Concrete, dirt, brick and demo debris are what our trucks are made for, with Bobcat support when the job needs it.
Careful in tight spaces. Condo buildings, narrow side yards and steep driveways — we protect what stays and leave the site clean.
Recycled where possible. Concrete, metal and clean wood get routed to recycling partners instead of the landfill wherever we can.
Demolition we do
- Kitchen and bath tear-outs
- Interior demo for remodels — cabinets, drywall, flooring
- Decks, fences and sheds
- Small garages and outbuildings
- Concrete, patio and driveway removal
- Hearth and chimney removal
- Soil removal and regrading with Bobcat
- Dumpster rentals for longer projects
How it works
- Walk us through it. Call us or send the quote form with the address and what's coming out. We'll scope it and give you a firm price before we start.
- Demo and load. The crew arrives with the right trucks and tools, takes it down safely, and loads the debris as we go.
- Haul and clean up. We haul everything off, sweep up, and leave the space ready for your remodel or the next phase of the project.
Green hauling, every load
Demo debris doesn't have to mean landfill. We sort concrete, metal and clean wood for recycling on every demolition job we haul.
East Bay neighbors trust the crew
★★★★★“One of the most responsive, upfront, and easy to work with companies I've used in recent years. Transparent pricing, Thor is respectful, they cleaned up after themselves, and the crew asked questions instead of making assumptions. I have already recommended them to multiple friends.”
★★★★★“Thor and his crew are the best hauling service I have worked with. They will take everything, from junk to soil to green waste. I have worked with them five times and they are always punctual, efficient, and professional. My highest recommendation.”
★★★★★“They did a fantastic job. Rob was great in handling the quote, and the whole team were fast, careful, friendly and professional. They hauled everything out through my condo building without leaving a trace. I'd definitely hire them again.”
